This standard specifies decentralized roles, decentralized permissions associated with roles, decentralized certificates, decentralized reputations, and supporting infrastructure.

This standard serves as the foundation for the family of Internet of Rights (IOR) standards. The purpose of this standard is to provide a common language for describing, analyzing, and discussing the governance of right-based decentralized collaborations.
